Since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to helping others grow and heal. There isn’t one singular story that led me to this work—rather, an unwavering passion for guiding people through their journey of self-discovery has always felt like my calling.
As a licensed counselor in Lexington, Kentucky, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can be their authentic selves—respected, supported, and free of judgment. My goal is to tailor each session to your unique personality and needs, drawing from approaches that foster self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth.
Drawing from my research background in mindfulness, I often integrate this practice into our sessions to promote greater well-being and emotional stability. Beyond the therapy room, I’m a sister, wife, friend—and dog mom to Boomer, my adopted best friend and my own source of emotional support.

When I’m not working, I love spending time in nature, staying active, savoring time with friends and family, and occasionally indulging in my guilty pleasure: reality TV. I also enjoy connecting with the community by giving presentations on important mental health topics.
Running my own practice gives me the flexibility to accommodate both our schedules, promoting a healthy work-life balance. This balance allows me to prioritize my mental well-being, so I can provide you with the highest level of care. Our work together will feel like a relaxed conversation with a friend, yet always within a respectful and professional framework.
